Rescue effort from imminent freezer burn at an apartment at which I occasionally housesit. (They’ve been there for months; sticker sell-by date is April 9.)
All-natural beef ravioli (Colameco’s Beef Ravioli, 6), wilted spinach, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes.
NOTE: Wilting spinach rarely requires heat beyond that which is ordinarily transfered between something hot being pressed against/laid on top of/ a bed of greens. Just drizzle with oil and gently mix.
NOTE #2: Everything tastes better cut in half. Well, almost everything. Exceptions will be noted.
