Today’s quest was about finding food and drink to counter the general doom and gloom of the cold, drizzly weather. 

I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but I would say that overall, the Williamsburg wander was a successful one at that. How could we not go into the Radegast Hall & Biergarten with a sign like that:

             In addition to this half-liter of Blanche de Bruxelles — an unpasteurized Belgian beer — a friend and I shared a couple of hard pretzels and a steak tartare appetizer photo-31that is just delicious, comes served looking shaped like a pre-cooked hamburger patty that is served with four ramekins of accouterments. The word of advice from our very cool server was to just mix it all in at once, which we promptly did, onions, pickels, cucumber and a mysterious brown sauce. 

COST: >$20, worth every epnney.
PRE PTIME: All the pieces just came together…
